【摘要】目的 分析急性乙醇中毒的临床表现、诊断、治疗及效果。方法 对39例急性乙醇中毒的临床表现进行分析，利用纳络酮、对症止吐、维持电解质平衡等综合治疗。结果 39例患者在就诊2～24h内清醒，全部治愈出院。结论 重视急性乙醇中毒的危害，给予综合治疗，减少并发症。

    【Abstract】Objective to analyze the acute ethanol poisoning-clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and effect. Methods acute alcohol poisoning 39 cases of clinical manifestations are analyzed, and the use of the winding, suit the testosterone. Check up, maintain electrolyte balanced synthetic therapy. The Results and patients in medical 2 ~ 24 h in sober, recovered after all. Conclusion the harm of alcohol poisoning acute attention, to give the comprehensive treatment, to reduce the complications.
