【摘要】目的 了解医院铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性变迁,为临床合理使用抗菌药物及有效控制医院感染提供依据。方法 对我院2006~2010年临床分离的1697株铜绿假单胞菌资料进行回顾性分析。结果 2006~2010年我院铜绿假单胞菌占临床分离菌株构成比始终保持在10%左右,仍然是临床重要条件致病菌, 对青霉素类,头孢菌素类,碳青霉烯类,奎诺酮类,氨基糖甙类,内酰胺/ 内酰胺酶抑制剂的耐药率都明显升高(P<0.01),多重耐药菌株日益增多。铜绿假单胞菌主要分离自ICU和呼吸科患者的痰液,目前其对AK耐药率最低为9.1%,其次对TZP、CIP、LEV、CN、IPM和MEM耐药率介于20%~40%,而对其他药物的耐药率均>40%。结论 铜绿假单胞菌是临床重要条件致病菌,其耐药性较强,且逐年上升趋势,定期回顾临床感染及耐药情况,及时为临床提供最新的流行病学和耐药性变迁资料,指导临床合理使用抗生素,控制多重耐药株的流行,加强医院感染控制具有重要意义。

Clinical distribution and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from 2006 to 2010

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the clinical distribution and the antibiotic resistance diversity of pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated in our hospital and provide the reference for clinical application of antibiotics to control hospital infection. Methods A retrospective analysis were performed ,1697 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa which were isolated in our hospital from 2006 to 2010. Results The study showed the isolated rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa were still about 10% during the five years in our hospital . Pseudomonas aeruginosa is the most important pathogenic bacteria. The resistance rates to Penicillins、 Cephalosporins、Carbapenems 、Quinolones and Aminoglycoside antibiotics were increased ( p<0.01), and multidrug resistance strains were increasing. pseudomonas aeruginosa were mainly isolated from patients sputum in ICU and Respiratory. Now the resistance rate to Amikacin is 9.1% which is the lowest. The resistance rates to Levofloxacin、 Ciprofloxacin、Gentamycin、Imipenem and Meropenm was between 20% and 40%. Conclusion The spectrum of clinically isolated pathogenic bacteria and their drug resistance patterns are changing continuously.The resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is strong. Doctors must pay attention to the bacteria resistance ,so that to kown the change in baceria and the chang in their drug resistance in the region, and improve the application of antibiotics to strengthen control the hospital infection at last ......
