【摘要】目的 探讨输尿管镜在治疗尿道损伤中的应用。方法 回顾分析我院收治20例尿道损伤患者用输尿管镜进行微创尿道会师术的临床资料。结果 19例均成功，效果满意，1例开放性尿道会师。随访1年时间内，患者尿流率正常，无尿失禁、重复尿道狭窄等并发症发生。结论 采用输尿管镜进行微创尿道手术安全有效，具有手术方式简单、手术时间短、对患者伤害小、患者满意度高，并发率少等优点。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the ureteroscopy in the treatment of urethral injury and its application. Methods retrospective analysis of our hospital 20 cases of urethral injury patients with ureteroscopy for minimally invasive operation of urethral re alignment with clinical data. Results 19 cases were successful, with satisfactory effect, 1 cases of open urethral re alignment. Follow up of 1 years, urinary flow rate in patients with normal, without urinary incontinence, duplication of the urethra stenosis complication. Conclusion ureteroscopic minimally invasive urethral operation is safe and effective, has simple operation, short operation time, less injury to patients, with high patient satisfaction rate, with the advantages of less. ......
