【摘要】目的 探讨腹腔镜 胆囊切除术并发症的诊断与治疗方法；方法 回顾性分析，我院2007年3月—2010年8月700例腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料；结果 术后发生出血4例，2 胆总管残余结石7例，3 胆漏2例，4 胆总管损伤1例，无死亡病例； 结论 术中暴露充分，准确识别胆囊管交界部，适时应用术中胆道造影的原则，是术后并发症诊治分析的重要方法。

    Analysisof diagnosis and trendment of complication following Laparoscopic cholecystectfomy.

    【Abstract】Objective To investigeate the diagnosis and treatment of methods following Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy including bleeding bile duct injury bile leakage and residue in comon bile duct. Methods 700 cases subject to LC were studied restrospectivly form March 2007 to september 2010 . Results operative Comlpications bieding (4 cases 0.57%) stone residut (0.71%) bile leakage(2 cases 0.28%)bile duct injury(0.14%) All the Complications were successfully cured by by operation or conservative methods. There were death. Conclusion The important procedures to prevent and reduce the complications are to fully expose the operative field. Correctly identify the board cystic duct. timely make Cholangiography during operation. ......
