【摘要】目的 观察阿米替林治疗间质性膀胱炎的疗效和安全性，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 选择我院2008年2月～2011年1月收治的间质性膀胱炎患者78例，随机分为对照组和观察组各39例。对照组患者给予水扩张和膀胱内灌注治疗，观察组患者在此基础上给予口服阿米替林治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后每日排尿次数、最大膀胱容量的变化，并比较两组患者治疗期间不良反应的差异。结果 与治疗前比较，治疗后全部患者每日排尿次数均有所下降，最大膀胱容量有所增加，其中观察组患者的改善程度明显较优，差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论 采用阿米替林治疗间质性膀胱炎可以取得良好的临床疗效，且无明显的不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

The efficacy and safety of amitriptyline in the treatment of interstitial cystitis

【Abstract】Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of amitriptyline in the treatment of interstitial cystitis, to provide a reference for clinical medication. Methods A hospital in February 2008 to 78 cases of interstitial cystitis patients admitted in January 2011, were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 39 cases. The control group were treated with amitriptyline in the treatment of the water expansion and intravesical instillation therapy, the observation group were given orally on this basis. Observed two groups of patients before and after the daily frequency of urination, change in maximum bladder capacity, and compare the differences of two groups of patients during treatment adverse reactions. Results The number of compared with before treatment, after treatment, all patients daily voiding were decreased, the maximum bladder capacity increase in observed group of patients with improvement was optimum, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). The two groups of patients the incidence of adverse reactions during comparison, the difference was not statistically significant (p> 0.05). Conclusion Amitriptyline in the treatment of interstitial cystitis can achieve good clinical efficacy, and no significant adverse reactions, is worthy of clinical application.
