【摘要】目的 探讨、总结超声诊断结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌的作用和超声表现，以供临床诊断参考。方法 选取2009年10月到2011年10月到我院治疗的结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌患者31例，回顾性分析在进行超声诊断时的超声表现，对病变位置的超声表现进行总结性分析。结果 通过对31例患者病变位置的超声表现进行总结性分析，结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌的超声表现主要特征是：呈现低回声26例，占83.87%(x2=25.18，P<0.05)具有显著性差异，病变结节不规则22例，占70.97%(x2=35.18，P<0.05)具有显著性差异，出现微小的钙化23例，占74.19%(x2=38.06，P<0.05)具有显著性差异，血流比较丰富有四条血管以上21例，占67.74%(x2=35.31，P<0.05)具有显著性差异。结论 结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌患者在超声表现上具有一定的特征，对临床诊断具有重要意义。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate and summarize the role of ultrasound diagnosis of nodular goiter with thyroid cancer and ultrasound performance for the clinical diagnosis of reference. Methods 31 cases of nodular goiter with thyroid cancer patients to our hospital in October 2009 to October 2011 were retrospectively analyzed during the time of the ultrasonic diagnostic ultrasonography, ultrasonography of the lesion location summary Analysis. Results summary analysis of the ultrasonographic features of 31 cases of patients with lesion location, the main features of nodular goiter, thyroid cancer, ultrasound performance is: 26 cases 2 = 25.18, Pxshowed low echo, accounting for 83.87% ( <0.05 ) has a significant difference, 2 = 35.18, Pxirregular lesions nodules 22 cases, accounting for 70.97% ( <0.05) with significant differences appear slight calcification in 23 cases, 2 = 38.06, P?accounting for 74.19% ( < 0.05) significant differences in blood flow is relatively rich there are 21 cases more than four blood vessels, 2 = 35.31, Pxaccounting for 67.74% ( <0.05) with significant differences. Conclusion The patients with nodular goiter with thyroid cancer on ultrasonography has certain features of great significance to the clinical diagnosis.
