【摘要】目的 探讨高压氧(HBO)联合甲基强的松龙(甲强龙)治疗视神经挫伤的疗效。方法 将128例(133眼)确诊视神经挫伤患者随机分为常规组、甲强龙组、HBO组，观察视力恢复程度和总有效率。结果 治疗后常规组、甲强龙组、HBO组总有效率分别为47.7%、69.8%、87.0%，甲强龙组和HBO组分别与常规组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HBO联合甲强龙是治疗视神经挫伤有效可行的方法。

    Analysis of the treatment of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) combined with methyl-prednisone in optic nerve contusion

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) combined with methyl-prednisone for the treatment of optic nerve contusion . Methods 128 cases (133 eyes) optic nerve contusion patients were divided into three groups randomly, routine group, methyl-prednisone group and HBO group to detect the vision and effective ratios of patients. Results The total effective ratios of routine group, methyl-prednisone group, HBO group were respectively 47.7%, 69.8% and 87.0% after the treatment .It shows the significant statistical difference compared with control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of HBO combined with methyl-prednisone was an effective feasible method for optic nerve contusion. ......
