【摘要】 目的对151例鼻咽癌联合放化疗患者进行全方位护理。 方法通过心理护理、不良反应的护理、功能锻练、出院指导等对患者提供全面、细致的观察和护理,进行合理有效的护理干预,预防和减轻联合放化疗带来的严重不良反应。 结果151例患者均顺利完成治疗计划,无一例因严重不良反应中断治疗。 结论对于鼻咽癌联合放化疗患者进行全面有效的护理干预可以帮助患者克服放化疗联合所致的严重不良反应,改善生活质量,完成治疗,提高肿瘤控制率和生存率。

    【Abstract】 Objective of 151 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with full care. Methods of psychological care, adverse reactions of care, functional training, guidance for patients discharged from hospital to provide comprehensive, detailed observation and care, reasonable and effective nursing intervention, prevention and mitigation of combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy of the serious adverse reactions. Results 151 patients were successfully completed treatment programs, with no serious adverse reactions due to interruption of treatment. Conclusion combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with a comprehensive and effective nursing intervention can help patients to overcome the combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy-induced serious adverse reactions ,also improve the quality of life, the completion of treatment, improve the tumor control rate and survival rate. ......
