年轻急诊护士安全防范能力不足的原因及对策
[摘要] 目的 主要了解年轻护士发生安全防范能力不足的原因。探讨护患纠纷的原因分析及预防对策。方法:采用回顾性统计学方法对我院6年来25例病人对急诊年轻护理方面的投诉原因进行分析。结果 其发生与年轻护士专业知识欠缺、临床操作不熟练、应急应变能力差、工作缺乏条理性、环境角色适应不良、沟通障碍、服务态度、职业意识及法律意识淡薄有关。结论 加强年轻护士岗前培训、提高法律意识、规范护士行为,改善服务态度,营造温馨环境,强化理论知识和操作技能训练,加强护患沟通是减少护患纠纷的关键。可以提高青年护士的安全防范意识,预防护理纠纷发生。[关键词] 年轻急诊护士;防范能力;原因对策;管理技巧
