[摘要] 目的 探讨不同的治疗方法对GERD的治疗效果,阐述治疗GERD的相关进展。方法 检索并分析近年来治疗GERD的有关文献。结果 药物、手术治疗GERD均取得了良好的疗效。LF和内镜治疗具有独特的优点。结论 药物、手术治疗、LF和内镜治疗是GERD的有效治疗方法,但各有其适应症。
