颈椎病的预防与保健(1)

     [摘要] 颈椎病是临床的多发病、常见病,近年其发病年龄又逐渐趋向年轻化,严重影响到人们的生活、工作和学习,因而受到社会和医学界的广泛重视。但由于颈椎病的临床治疗效果并不明显,且容易反复,所以如何预防颈椎病,在日常生活中如何做好颈椎的自我保健十分重要。这里从预防颈椎外伤、预防颈椎慢性劳损、睡眠时注意合理用枕、保证睡姿正确、注意颈部保暖五个方面综述了颈椎病的预防办法,同时提出坚持适时、适量、适度的颈椎锻炼,防治颈椎病。

    [Abstract] The cervical spondylosis is a common disease of clinical, common diseases, in recent years it has gradually towards younger age at onset, serious impact on people's lives, work and study, and thus subject to extensive social and medical attention。However, the clinical treatment of cervical disease is not obvious, and easily repeated, so how to prevent cervical spine in everyday life how to do self-care is very important. Here from the prevention of cervical spine injury, prevention of chronic cervical strain, sleep, attention to proper use, pillow, sleeping position, ensuring correct neck warm note summarizes the five ways to prevent cervical disease, also on upholding the timely, appropriate, moderate exercise cervical , prevention of cervical disease. ......
