[摘要] 目的 探讨药源性急性肾衰竭治疗方法。方法 对我院收治的7例药源性急性肾衰竭患者的资料进行回顾性分析,探讨药源性急性肾衰竭治疗方法。结果 碳酸氢钠,654-2,地塞米松的联合使用时患者1-4天即可排尿。结论 纠酸、解痉、激素的联合使用对治疗药物导致的肾衰有较好的疗效。
