[摘要] 目的 解一起流感疫情局部暴发的流行特征,查明疫情中的病原体,为今后有效开展流感防治工作提供科学依据。方法 集疑似流感患者咽拭子标本,采用荧光定量RT-PCR法快速检测标本中是否存在流感病毒核酸,结合临床症状及实验室检测结果进行综合分析。结果 起流感疫情共发病132例,罹患率为12.6%。发病年龄主要集中在16~18岁,男女性别比为4.28:1,从25份患者标本中进行新甲型H1N1流感病毒荧光定量RT-PCR检测,有19份阳性。结论 次疫情为一起校内新甲型H1N1流感局部暴发,荧光定量RT-PCR法为疫情病原体的确定提供实验室依据,为疫情的处理提供了及时正确的指导方向。今后应加强学校流感监测工作,做到早报告、早隔离、早治疗。

Epidemiologic Survey and Pathological detection of A Case of Novel Human Influenza A Infection

[bstract] Objective To study the pathogen and epidemiological characteristics of influenza in order to provide basis for setting measure for the control and prevention for
this disease.MethodsThe influenza viruses were isolated from throat swabs and detected the nucleic acids by fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR,A case of influenza was analyzed by epidemiological investigation and pathological examination.Result Of this outbreak, 132 cases were reported, and the morbidity rate was12.6%. The occurrence rate in male was significantly higher than that in female,the sex ratio for the 4.28:1, age of onset mainly concentrated in 16~18 years.25 specimens were detected by fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR, and 19 of those were positive as novel human influenza A (H1N1).Conclusion The results showed that this local outbreak was a novel human influenza A (H1N1) in schools. Fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR can provide a laboratory basis and a right instruction in time in the control and processing of the epidemic situation. In the future, we should strengthen influenza surveillance work of the school, and early reporting, early quarantine and early treatment.

2009年9月2日,惠州市某学校发生一起以发热、咳嗽、咽痛、头痛为主要症状的流感样疫情。为了判断是否是新甲型H1N1流感病毒感染,并排查是否是季节性流感和H5N1禽流感病毒,我们采用5种试剂组合进行快速排查,这5种试剂分别检测甲型H1N1、H3N2流感病毒核酸、H5N1亚型禽流感病毒核酸、乙型流感病毒核酸、新甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸。经流行病学调查、临床观察治疗和实验室检测确定为新甲型H1N1流感暴发 ......
