[摘要]目的探讨用胞二磷胆碱联合加味补阳还五汤治疗外伤性视神经萎缩的疗效。方法 选择有气虚血瘀证的外伤性视神经萎缩者49例52眼,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组24例26眼采用西医常规治疗,治疗组25例27眼用胞二磷胆碱联合加味补阳还五汤治疗,对视力、中心视野及图形视觉诱发电位(pattern-VEP)进行观察和对比。结果治疗后各观察指标治疗组均比对照组有显著性改善。结论有气虚血瘀证的外伤性视神经萎缩者用胞二磷胆碱联合加味补阳还五汤治疗效果较好。

    Probing Into Curative Effect On Integrated Treatment Of Traumatic Optic Atrophy

    With Traditional and Western Medicine

    [Abstract]ObjectiveTo probe into curative effect on integrated treatment of traumatic optic atrophy by employing Citicoline and Buyang Huanwu Tang with the addition of some Chinese medicines. MethodsThe selected 49 patients, being ill with traumatic optic atrophy of 52 eyes as well as deficiencyofqiandbloodstasis, are randomized into acontrol group, which has 24 patients with 26 suffering eyes who are treated routinely by employing western medicine, and a treatment group, which has 25 patients with 27 suffering eyes who are treated by employing Citicoline and Buyang Huanwu Tang with the addition of some Chinese medicines. The visual acuity, centre visual field and pattern-VEP of two group patients are observed and contrasted. Results After treatment, the treatment group shows more marked improvement than the control group on all observed and contrasted factors. ConclusionThe patients being ill with traumatic optic atrophy as well as deficiencyofqiandbloodstasis can be treated preferably by employing Citicoline and Buyang Huanwu Tang with the addition of some Chinese medicines. ......
