[摘要]报告了6例髋臼发育不良患者行伯尔尼髋臼周围截骨术的护理,术前重点做好心理护理、术前检查,术后做好切口及引流管的护理,早期进行患肢功能锻炼。尤其做好周围神经功能的观察是护理工作的关键。患者术后近期效果满意。

    Nursing care of patient with development dysplasia of the hip undergoing the Bernese periacetabular osteotomy

    [Abstract]This paper reported the nursing experience of 6 case of development dysplasia of the hip undergoing the Bernese periacetabular osteotomy.The preoperative nursing care focused on psychological nursing and examinations. The postoperative nursing care focused on wound care,management of drainage tube and early functional exercise. All of these,the observation of nerves function is the most important.The short-term outcomes were satisfying.
