[摘要] 目的探讨早期宫内妊娠与异位妊娠的鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析8例误诊为宫外孕的宫内孕患者。结果8例停经时间均在4～6周，5例行腹腔镜排除宫外孕，3例经观察等待确诊为宫内孕行人流术。结论：对停经4～6周怀疑宫外孕的患者观察等待仍是避免误诊的有效方法。

    [Abstract]Objective To evaluate the differential diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and intrauterine pregnancy. Methods Medical records and follow up sheets of 8patients with intrauterine pregnancy who were suspected of ectopic pregnancy .Results 5 patients intrauterine pregnancy were diagnosed by laparoscope,3 patients intrauterine were diagnosed by expectant management. Conclusion The patients with intrauterine pregnancy who were suspected of ectopic pregnancy will be diagnosed by expectant management.
