[摘要]老年期精神障碍是严重影响老年人生活质量的疾病，给社会和家庭造成沉重负担，老年期精神障碍的治疗是一项复杂而艰巨的任务。我们尝试对老年期精神障碍患者进行药物治疗、精心护理和康复训练融为一体的综合治疗，取得了初步成效。经过三年多的探索和学习，我院老年无陪伴康复病房已经形成了一套医疗护理和康复一体化的管理模式，总结了许多宝贵经验，改善了老年期精神障碍患者的生活质量，减轻了家庭和社会的负担。

    [Abstract]Mental disorder in late-life is severely harmful to the old quality life and Cause heavy burden to society and family. It's complicated and difficult work to treat. We try to treat mental disorder in late-life with drug, carefully nurse and rehabilitate training. This comprehensive treatment gets preliminary results. My rehabilitation wards without companion was succeed in incorporate integrative management mode of nurse and rehabilitation. We obtained much precious experience, improved the old quality life and reduce the burden of the family and society. ......
