[摘要] 目的 探分析小腿开放性骨折的治疗经验。方法 清创和固定骨折后，缝合皮肤时应无张力，否则减张缝合，创面有软组织缺损，可植皮。对骨外露，采用筋膜皮瓣或肌皮瓣。结果 103例伤口，出现皮肤坏死11例，占10.6%；骨折愈合占96.1%。结论 开放性骨折治疗应遵循清创原则、选择合适内固定材料、合理使用抗生素。

    The Treatment of Open Leg Fracture

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the experiences of treatment of open leg fractures. Methods After debridement and fracture fixation,if tension exits when direct suture was done,relaxtion should be done;if wound overlies soft tissues,skin can be considered;fascia-skin flap,muscle or skin flap should be used when the wound lying directly over a bone. Results There are 11 cases of skin necrosis in 103 cases(10.6%);the rate of bony union is 96.1%.Conclusion It is necessary for the treatment of open leg fracture to adherent to the principles of wound managemen,use of the appropriate material for fixtion and proper administration of prophylactic antibiotics.
