药用担子菌发酵液中有效成分的药理作用及其机制研究进展(1)
[摘要] 长期以来,人们一直十分关注担子菌的药用价值。由于通过液体发酵的方法,通常可以有效获得担子菌的多种活性成分,这一方向越来越成为国内外研究的热点。笔者介绍了几种重要的药用担子菌,从其发酵液的活性成分、及其药理作用和机制研究进展等方面,综述了这一研究领域的现状,并对此研究方向的前景和意义提出了一些想法。[关键词] 担子菌; 发酵液; 多糖; 蛋白

[Abstract] For a long time, people have paid great attention to basidiomycete's medicinal value.By the method of liquid fermentation, we usually can obtain many kinds of active ingredients of basidiomycotes effectively, this research direction has become more and more domestic and foreign hotspot. The author introduces several important medicinal basidiomycete fungi, from its fermentation of active ingredients and pharmacological functions to mechanism research progress, and Reviews present situation of the research, and this research direction of future and significance ideas are put forward.
