[摘要] 目的 归纳上消化道出血的病因，探讨上消化道出血患者的有效护理方法和途径。方法 对210例上消化道出血患者的内科护理工作回顾性研究。结果 通过密切观察、急救、常规、饮食、心理等的护理，210例患者取得了良好的护理和治疗效果。结论 在上消化道出血患者治疗过程中，观察和护理是临床诊治的重要保障。

    Observation and nursing of upper gastrointestinal bleeding

    [Abstract] Objective TO study the effective means to nurse upper gastrointestinal bleeding by sum-up the etiological factor. Methods Retrospective study 210 cases of nursing in upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Results 210 patients gained the best effectiveness and nursing by keep under observation on treatment、diet and psychology. Conclusion Observation and nursing are important in treating upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
