[摘要] 目的 研究采用腹腔镜精索内静脉高位结扎治疗精索内静脉曲张的临床价值。方法 腹腔镜下行精索内静脉高位结扎治疗精索内静脉曲张102例。结果 全部获成功, 手术时间平均30min, 术后平均住院时间3d, 随访1～24个月, 随访中位数12个月, 无复发。结论 该方法操作简便, 创伤很小, 疗效好, 恢复快, 安全可靠, 值得推广。
