[摘要] 目的 探讨小儿髋关节滑膜炎诊断和治疗方法。方法 回顾性分2007年1月～2009年12月我院收治的59例小儿髋关节滑膜病例，对其诊断和治疗方法进行总结。结果 一例转上级医院治疗，58例痊愈。结论 早期诊断和治疗是小儿髋关节滑膜炎治疗的关键。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of hip synovitis of children. Methods To retrospective an analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of hip synovitis for the 59 cases, hospitalized children from January 2007 to December 2009. Results Except that 1 case goes to other hospital, 58 cases are cured .Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment is the key to hip synovitis.
