[摘要] 目的 探讨钻孔引流术在慢性硬膜下血肿应用及临床效果。方法 回顾性地分析我院2009年1月～2011年2月采用钻孔引流术治疗26例慢性硬膜下血肿患者的临床资料。结果 本组26例患者术后临床症状均较术前明显改善，复查头部CT血肿全部或绝大部分消失，并发症3例，其中颅内积气2例，伤口愈合不佳1例，无死亡病例。结论 钻孔引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿效果确切，操作简单，经济安全，是治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的首选手术方式。
