[摘要] 目的 总结DKA合并肾损害的护理。方法 对18例DKA合并肾损害病人进行的护理。结果 12例病人血糖控制相对平稳出院，4例自行出院，未见严重并发症病例和死亡病例。结论 合理正确的护理，有助于DKA合并肾损害病人疾病的康复，减少并发症的发生和延缓疾病的发展。

    [Abstract] Objective Make a conclusion on caring patients with diabetic keto acidosis (DKA) and renal damage.Methods General nursing 18 patients with DKA and renal damage.Results 12 patients, whose blood glucose is controlled relatively stable, are discharged from hospital finally 4 patients discharge themselves finally, with no case of serious complications and deaths.Conclusion Reasonable and proper caring does good for the recovery of patients with DKA and Renal Damage and can reduce complications and delay the disease development.
