[摘要] 我国从小学到大学都开展英语教学,不少学员把英语作为一种负担,对之没有好感、毫无兴趣，而医学英语专业性极强、词汇复杂读音拗口，很多学员对之束手无策，更谈不上学习兴趣了。本文旨在介绍我院多年来采取各种措施改善医务人员学习英语的环境，不断提高其学习英语的兴趣,以期为同行提供可借鉴的经验。

    On Improving English Study Interests Among Medical Staff

    [Abstract] Students learn English from primary schools to universities and many of them take English study as a burden and have no interests on it. While medical English is very specialized and awkward-sounding, many of the students feel it is just at their wit's end, let alone interests.
