周口市疾病监测信息报告管理系统运行效果评价(1)

[摘要] 目的 分析周口市2004-2009年疾病监测信息报告管理系统(Diseases Reporting lnformation System，DRIS)运行情况，对2006-2009年周口市传染病网络报告信息质量进行评价，为进一步提高报告信息质量提供科学依据。方法 分析周口市的10个县(市、区，下同)2004-2009年通过DRIS是报告的传染病病例数据库，评价DRIS 的主要运转指标。根据国家《传染病疫情网络直报系统质量评价指标及统计规则》对周口市2006-2009年传染病网络直报信息质量进行评价。结果 周口市2006-2009年医疗卫生机构平均未及时报告率为1.03%,县区级疾病预防控制中心平均未及时审核率为0.52%，重卡病率为0.01%，县区零缺报率为0.00%。报告质量逐年提高。结论 周口市2006-2009年法定传染病疫情网络直报信息质量较好，并经过实践证明取得了显著的社会效益。

Effect Evaluation of Diseases Reporting lnformation System in Zhoukou City

[Abstract] Objective To review the process of Diseases Reporting lnformation System (DRIS)construct and to evaluate the performance of this system during 2004-2009 in Zhoukou City. This study was conducted to evaluate the interact-based information quality of infectious disease of Zhoukou from 2006 to 2009,and support scientific base to improve the quality in the next work. Methods The case investigation data of infectious diseases cases reported by 10 county(city，district)through DRIS were analyzed for performance indicators calculation. Data was consulted from the Disease Surveillance Information Report and Management System. Results The average rates of infectious diseases of Zhoukouwith timely report failure,timely checking failure,repeated report and no report during 2006-2009 were 1.03%,0.52%,0.01% and 0.00%.performance indicators increased steadily. Conclusion In general,the quality of direel detwerk yeporting system for infectious diseases of Zhoukou from 2006 to 2009 shows to be good，acquired markedly social benefits.

我国于2004年1月1日启动《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》子系统《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》(以下简称网络直报系统)进行传染病监测信息网络直报。周口市自2004年初建设和运行网络直报系统运行以来，传染病疫情报告的及时性、准确性、完整性有了根本保证，信息报告质量逐年稳步提高。为使全市传染病疫情报告管理更加规范科学、及时有效，现对2004-2009年网络直报系统运行情况进行分析，对传染病网络报告信息质量与效果进行评价报告如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 资料 疾病监测信息系统运行情况资料来源于现场督查和网络审核资料；传染病数据资料来源于周口市各医疗卫生机构2004-2009年通过《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》报告的法定传染病临床诊断病例和实验室诊断病例。
1.2 方法 对全市所有乡级及以上医疗单位和疾控单位的信息系统运行情况进行现场督查和网络审核 ......
