[摘要] 目的 探讨翼状胬肉组织逆行丝线牵拉术的疗效。方法 角膜面翼状胬肉内组织逆行丝线牵拉+内呲部"V"形切除+角膜缘干细胞移植术。术后观察角膜面组织残留，眼表生化速度，复发。结果 所有翼状胬肉组织面都能完全撕除，角膜上皮生长速度4-12天，内呲部结膜平整无堆积，复发率低。结论 丝线牵拉撕除角膜面胬肉组织更符合胬肉解剖学特点。

    [Abstract] Objective Aim to analyze the clinical effect of retrograde distortion of pterygium. Methods Pterygium was ripped tetrogradely combined with auto transplantation of corned limbus stern cells.The recurrent rate, residue of pterygium and other complications were observed.Results All cases'pterygium were ripped completely and the recurrent rate were very low.Conlusion Retrograde rip of pterygium was accord with anatomy It is effective.
