[摘要] 目的 探讨血清内脂素在2型糖尿病合并冠心病、冠心病及2型糖尿病患者中的作用。方法 采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)对临床上确诊为2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者72例，冠心病患者105例，2型糖尿病患者85例及健康对照组30例，进行血清内脂素水平的测定。结果 2型糖尿病合并冠心病组、冠心病组及2型糖尿病组的血清内脂素水平明显高于健康对照组(P﹤0.01),2型糖尿病合并冠心病组血清内脂素水平高于冠心病组和2型糖尿病组(P﹤0.01)，均有统计学意义。结论 血清内脂素在2型糖尿病和冠心病的发生和发展中均具有一定的生理作用，但2型糖尿病合并冠心病组的血清内脂素水平较冠心病组和2型糖尿病组高其生物学机理有待进一步研究。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the change of serum visfatin level in patients with coronary disease and coronary diaease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The serum lipid levels in 4 groups were assayed by ELISA.72 cases with coronary disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus,105 cases with coronary disease,85 cases with type 2 diaetes mellitus,and 30 control cases were studied.Results The serum lipid level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with coronary disease and patients with coronary disease and patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were significantly higher than in controls(P﹤0.01).The serum lipid level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with coronary disease were higher than the patients with coronary disease and the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(P﹤0.01).All have statistically significant.Conlusion The serum lipid may contribute to the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary disease, However, type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease in the serum lipid levels than CHD and type 2 diabetes group at the biological mechanism needs further study ......
