糖尿病饮食护理的探讨(1)
[摘要] 目的 对糖尿病患者采取行之有效的饮食护理措施,使血糖控制良好,减少和延迟并发症的发生和发展,提高生活质量。方法 对住院期间的糖尿病患者给予严格的饮食护理措施,并对其健康教育;对相应的出院病人定期随访,督促其饮食护理的落实。结果 通过一系列的护理措施的干预,患者能够正确认识疾病及合理的应用药物,90%的患者和家属能坚持合理的饮食疗法。结论 患者自己能够管理自己,坚持合理饮食,维持理想体重,控制高血压和防止低血糖,改善脂代谢紊乱和高血压,血糖正常或趋于正常。[关键词] 糖尿病; 饮食; 护理

[Abstract] Objective The diabetes can control their blood glucose,reduce and delay the occurrence and development of complications and improve the quality of life by taking effective diet measures.Methods Giving hospitalized patients diet nursing measures,strict diet andhealth education; followed up the corresponding discharged patients,urging the implementation of their diet.Results Through a series of nursing interventions, patients could understand the disease and the rational application of drugs,90% of patients and their families adhere to a reasonable diet.Conclusion The patientscan manage themselves,uphold a reasonable diet,maintain ideal body weight, control high blood pressure and low blood sugar,improve lipid metabolism disorder and hypertension, and make the blood glucose normal or close to normal. ......
