[摘要] 目的 探讨微创小切口超高位结扎术在小儿疝手术中的方法、应用及疗效。方法 对357例小儿疝患者均在经腹股沟小切口腹股沟管疝囊高位结扎基础上采用疝囊超高位结扎术治疗。结论 全组效果良好。手术操作时间短，创伤轻，并发症少、恢复快，切口无需拆线，术后疼痛轻、恢复快、费用低，很适合在基层医院普及。

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the methods,applications and efficacy of minimally invasive ultra-high ligation of hernia surgery in children.Methods 357 cases of pediatric inguinal hernia patients had small incision in the inguinal canal by high ligation of hernia sac based on the use of ultra-high ligation of hernia sac.Conclusion The overall effect is good. Operative time is short,light trauma,fewer complications, faster recovery,incision without suture removal,postoperative pain,quick recovery,low cost,it is suitable for universal primary hospital.
