[摘要] 溴酸盐是违规使用添加剂的食品和经过臭氧消毒的饮用水中常含有的一种物质，具有潜在的致癌性。因此，建立准确、快速、灵敏的溴酸盐检测方法非常重要。本文综述了近年来食品及饮用水中溴酸盐的检测方法。

    [Abstract]Bromate is usually contained in food with illegally additives and drinking water which is disinfected by ozone. As bromate is potentially cancerigenic, the establishment of accurate, rapid and sensitive detection of bromate is extremely important. In this paper, detection methods for bromate in food and drinking water have been reviewed in detail.
