[摘要] 目的 探讨手术室外来骨科器械的环节管理方法。方法 通过对我院手术室2008年1月1日-2011年6月30日，使用外来骨科器械2030台手术的管理环节进行回顾性总结，有针对性地制定有效、科学的管理方法。结果 加强外来骨科器械的环节管理以来，手术部位感染控制满意，2010年骨科手术部位感染率仅0.28%，没有发生外来骨科器械使用不当、手术中配合不良及外来骨科器械质量问题。结论 加强对外来骨科手术器械使用的过程管理，是保证手术病人安全及提高护理质量的重要措施。

    Links in External Orthopedic Instruments Management in Operation Room

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the effective link management methods for the Orthopedics instruments borrowed from medical equipment companies. Methods We analyzed retrospectively the management links for 2030 surgical operations using the borrowed Orthopedics instruments from January 1, 2008 to June 30, 2011, and developed the effective and scientific management methods targeted. Results The surgical site infection was well controlled and the surgical site infection rate of 2010 was 0.28%. And equipment misuse, poor coordination during surgeries and quality problems were not reported. Conclusion Strengthening the link management for the borrowed Orthopedics instruments is important measure to ensure patient safety and improve the quality of care. ......
