AF椎弓钉内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折56例临床分析(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨AF椎弓钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的方法及临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析采用椎弓钉内固定术治疗的56例胸腰椎骨折患者的临床资料。结果 所有患者术后均Ⅰ期愈合，无伤口感染现象发生，术后X线复查，均显示内固定位置良好，椎体高度恢复。术后随访6-18个月，发生内固定松动2例，严格卧床或支具外骨架固定8-12周后完全融合，无断钉断棒病例发生，根据Franke1分级，除5例A级完全瘫痪的患者外，其余患者均有明显改善。结论 AF椎弓钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折，能够提供坚强的固定及三维空间的矫正控制，结构简单，操作方便，是一种较理想的椎弓根内固定系统。

[Abstract] Objective Investigation and discussion AF pounds the method and clinical curative effect bends down and pounding fracture the fixed skill cures a chest within the nail.Methods Retrospect sex analyses the clinical data adopt a vertebra to bend down and pound the fracture patient fix 56 regular chests that the skill cures within the nail.Results Possessions expects coalescence equally I after patient skill,nothing wound infection phenomenon happens,the X line reexamine after the skill,the location demonstrating inner fixation equally is fine,the vertebra body altitude rehabilitates.Skill queen follow-up 6-18 months,the occurrence inner fixes 2 tottering examples,lie in bed strictly or fuse completely after the framework fixes 8-12 cycles besides propping up an utensil,absolutely good nothing broken nail case happens,classifies according to Franke1,except complete paralysises of 5 regular A level patient,the others patient has equally improving noticeably.Conclusion AF is pounded bend down and pounding fracture the fixed skill cures a chest within the nail,that the simplicity correcting under the control of,structure,operation being able to provide firm fixation and three-dimensional space go to the lavatory,is that one kind of idealer vertebra bends inner and fixes system.
