[摘要] 目的 探讨全自动生化分析仪项目检测过程中，葡萄糖和肌酸激酶及其同工酶试剂对肌酐测定结果的影响。方法 用“中生北控生物科技股份有限公司”生产的质控血清当做标本，先单独测定肌酐，然后再分别先测定葡萄糖和肌酸激酶及其同工酶后测定肌酐。结果 先测定葡萄糖和肌酸激酶及其同工酶后测定肌酐所得结果与单独测得的肌酐结果比较有显著差异(p<0.01)。结论 全自动生化分析仪项目检测过程中，用先测定葡萄糖和肌酸激酶及其同工酶后测定肌酐的检测顺序时，葡萄糖和肌酸激酶及其同工酶试剂对肌酐的测定结果有影响，可使肌酐测定结果偏高。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the automatic biochemical analyzer project testing process, glucose and creatine kinase isoenzyme reagent for creatinine determination results. Methods “BIOSINO Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.”as the production of quality control serum samples, the first determination of creatinine alone, and then glucose were measured before and after the determination of creatine kinase and its isoenzymes creatinine.
