糖尿病合并高血压病中医治疗临床分析(1)

[摘要] 目的 观察糖尿病合并高血压病中医治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取75例糖尿病合并高血压病患者，随机分为治疗组40例和对照组35例，对照组患者予以二甲双胍片、施慧达口服治疗，同时辅以规律运动和健康饮食；治疗组患者在实施对照组治疗措施的同时，将患者分为肝肾阴虚型、阴阳两虚型和痰浊阻络型三种证型，分别予以对症治疗；两组患者均持续治疗2个月。结果 治疗组总有效率为95.0%，对照组为82.9%，两组比较治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 运用中医辨证论治治疗糖尿病合并高血压患者临床治疗效果显著，对患者临床症状改善明显，且治疗安全可靠，患者耐受性高，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective to observe the hypertension diabetes mellitus and the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine treatment.Methods we identified 75 patients with essential hypertension diabetes mellitus,divided into the treatment group and control group in 40 cases 35 cases and control patients be metformin piece,ShiHui of oral therapy, and complementary with regular exercise and healthy eating;The treatment group in the implementation of the measures for the control group patients at the same time, patients will be divided into kidney Yin deficiency pattern,Yin and Yang deficiency of both qi stagnant type and type winding resistance three card type,shall be respectively symptomatic treatment;Two groups of patients were continuous treatment 2 months.Results the total effective rate was 95.0% in treatment group and 82.9% in control group,two groups of comparisons treatment group is significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion using the syndrome differentiation and treatment in the treatment of diabetes patients with high blood pressure with the clinical treatment effect significantly, to the clinical symptoms improved, and treatment safe, reliable, and patients in durability, and clinical application.

高血压病是糖尿病的一种常见临床并发症，是由于糖尿病患者长期处于高血糖状态而导致，属于糖尿病全身性血管病变之一。临床数据显示，相比于非糖尿病患者，糖尿病患者中高血压病的发病率显著升高，且随着患者年龄、体重及病程的增加而不断上升。糖尿病与高血压并存的患者在临床属于较高危的危险分层[1]。笔者在2010年10月至2011年10期间对40例糖尿病合并高血压病患者实施中医辨证治疗，收到满意疗效，现报告如下:
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料 本次研究选取75例于我院门诊就诊的糖尿病合并高血压病患者，均符合糖尿病及高血压病的中西医诊断标准。随机将患者分为治疗组40例和对照组35例，其中治疗组男21例，女19例；年龄39-77岁，平均年龄(56.4±12.2)岁；病程最短11个月，最长17年，平均病程(6.2±4.4)年；对照组男20例 ......
