【摘要】 目的 探讨新生儿喂养不耐受的发病情况和相关危险因素。方法 对2009年1月至2009年12月在昆明同仁医院儿科出生的487例新生儿进行回顾性分析,采用spss软件进行检验。 结果 487例新生儿中,有72例发生了新生儿喂养不耐受,发生率为14.78%,随胎龄和出生体重降低,新生儿喂养不耐受发生率增加,增加新生儿喂养不耐受发生的危险因素为胎龄和出生体重低,感染,窒息。结论 必须采取各项综合措施降低新生儿喂养不耐受的发生。
