【摘要】 目的 总结肝外伤诊治经验,提高诊治水平。方法 回顾分析了本院1990年元月至2002年12月收治的247例肝外伤病例,对病因、伤情、合并伤、治疗方法进行分析。结果 治愈223例,死亡24例。结论 肝外伤及时选择正确的治疗方法,恰当处理合并伤,可降低死亡率,提高治愈率。

    Abstract: Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of liver injury and improve the diagnosis and treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 1990 to December 2002 treated 247 cases of liver trauma, the etiology, injury, associated injuries, treatment for analysis. 223 cases were cured, 24 died. Conclusion liver injury in time to choose the right treatment, proper handling associated injuries may reduce mortality, improve the cure rate.
