【摘要】目的:阐述骨组织工程的研究进展;方法:查阅骨组织工程相关文献;结果:随着分子生物学研究和组织工程学的迅速发展,骨组织工程技术治疗疾病成为研究热点。骨组织工程技术的三个基本因素为种子细胞、生物因子和载体支架;结论:选择合适的细胞、目的基因和载体支架对于骨组织工程是十分必要的。【关键词】骨组织工程;BMP;载体支架

【Abstract】Elaborate the development of bone tissue engineering. Method: The related documents were involved. Result: With the development of microbiology and tissue engineering, bone tissue engineering becomes the hot point of therapy. There are three basic factors of bone tissue engineering, cells, bio-factors and extracellular matrix. Conclusion: It is most important to choose the appreciate cell, bio-factor and extracellular matrix for bone tissue engineering.
