【摘要】目的:探讨糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetes peripheral neuropathy,DPN) 中医综合护理措施和效果。方法:采取饮食指导、运动按摩、手足药浴和情志干预的综合护理措施。结果:参考中国中西医结合学会糖尿病专业委员会在中西医结合糖尿病诊疗标准(草案),120例患者入院和出院时分别对肢体麻木和下肢疼痛进行评价。显效42例(35%),有效59例(49%)无效(15%)恶化0例,总有效率84.16%。结论中医综合护理对DPN是安全有效的方法。
