高频彩超诊断甲状腺疾病的临床价值(1)
【摘要】目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺疾病的价值。方法:回顾性分析384例甲状腺疾病(良性病变340例,甲状腺癌20例)的超声表现,并与手术及病理结果对照。结果:本组中甲状腺良性病变的诊断符合率为94.7%,恶性病变的诊断符合率为83.3%。结论:应用二维声像图特征,结合彩色多普勒及脉冲多普勒血流参数测值,对甲状腺疾病可以做出较准确的诊断。【关键词】高频超声;甲状腺疾病

【Abstract】Objective:Tostudy the value of color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of the thyroid diseases .Methods:Of 384 cases with thyroid diseases including benign lesion(n=340), thyroid carcinoma (n=20),thecolor doppler sonographic characterisics were correlated with the pathological diagnosis and analyzed retrospectively.Results:thediagnostic accuracy for beningn thyroid diseases was 94.7%,formaliganant thyroid diseases was 83.3% respectively .Conclusion:two-dimension ultrasonographic features,combined with color doppler and pulse doppler parameters ,correct diagnosis of thyroid lesions could be obtained. ......
