支架型人工血管介入治疗主动脉假性动脉瘤研究进展(2)
4.3 并发症处理。术后假性动脉瘤瘤体内血栓形成,发热、白细胞升高、贫血、休克、肾功损伤.积极治疗并发症,对症处理。
5 结论
支架型人工血管治疗夹层动脉瘤、 假性动脉瘤和真性动脉瘤手术微创、 安全,有着良好的应用前景,特别是在介入治疗发展的带动下,支架型人工血管在治疗血管疾病起着重要的作用,但由于其手术技术含量要求高,对先进的医疗设备要求高,术后并发症多,死亡率高,因此应该不断的改进现有的医疗技术水平,减少术后并发症,特别是血管内漏的现象。加强新一代人工血管的研制和导管植入术成为当前亟待解决的问题。
