【摘要】目的:通过普外科实施风险因素讨论制度，及时发现护理中的问题，有效处理护理风险，降低护理风险，提高护理管理效率。方法:通过3年来在本院普外科实施风险因素讨论制度，回顾性分析其实施过程中的价值。结果:通过3年的实施，普外科护理差错发生率及护理投诉明显下降，病人满意度由93%提高到99%。结论:普外科风险因素讨论制度降低了护理差错发生率及护理投诉，取得了显著的成效，值得进一步推广。
