     【摘要】患者以急性黄疸肝炎并肝功能损害与皮疹住院，在住院期间肝功能损害与皮疹反复出现反复。经责任护士严密观察，详细询问病史和饮食情况后发现，该患者的肝功能损害、皮疹发生与食用香菇相关。采用皮肤贴试确诊为：香菇过敏。按香菇过敏治疗与护理后痊愈出院。
