【摘要】双膦酸盐治疗骨转移的主要目的是减少骨相关事件、缓解症状和提高生活质量。唑来膦酸长期应用的耐受性目前尚不明确，同时存在肾毒性、颌骨坏死、电解质紊乱、心房颤动等不良反应。正确的认识这些不良反应，对不良反应的防治、扩大唑来膦酸使用的适应症有着重要的意义。

    【Abstract】The current aims of bisphosphonates for metastatic bone disease are to prevent skeletal-related events, relieve symptoms and improve quality of life. However, the long-term tolerabilities of zoledronic acid remain unclear. The adverse drug reaction (ADR) include renal impairment, osteonecrosis of the maxilla, electrolyte disturbance and atrium tremor, etc. Recognize these ADR correctly, have extremely vital significance for prevention, treatment and expanding the clinic indications.
