【摘要】如何保证院校食堂营养与食品卫生安全问题是高校甚至社会关注的一个重要的话题。高校食堂饮食安全与否直接影响着学校的改革与发展。加强食品供应链的管理，提高从业员工和管理者的安全知识和管理技能，能确保院校食堂的食品卫生安全。

    【Abstract】How to ensure that the college dining room nutrition and food safety problem is the universities and even the social attention a important topics.
