【摘要】目的:用自拟清瘟解毒汤治疗疑似甲型H1N1流感疗效的研究，旨在指导用中药治疗的临床实践。方法:选取2009年10月～11月在笔者所在医院(以下称：本院)治疗的疑似甲型H1N1流感患者169例，随机分成治疗组110例和对照组59例，治疗组采用自拟清瘟解毒汤，对照组口服莲花清瘟胶囊，体温超过38.5℃均给予布洛芬口服，然后观察病人发热时间及流感样症状消失时间，对两组病例治疗效果进行比较。结果:治疗组病例发热时间明显缩短，总有效率为91.82%，对照组总有效率为79.66%，经X2检验，差异有统计学意义(X2=5.22，P﹤0.05)；治疗组咳嗽、咽痛、全身酸痛等流感样症状明显改善，总有效率为97.27%，对照组总有效率为86.44%，经X2检验，差异有显著意义(X2=7.41，P﹤0.01)。结论:清瘟解毒汤治疗疑似甲型H1N1流感能明显缩短病人的发热时间，对于改善甲型H1N1流感所致的咳嗽、咽痛、肌肉酸痛都有确切疗效，且明显好于莲花清瘟胶囊，是一种行之有效的治疗方法，值得临床推广使用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To use since fitting qing wen jiedu decoction suspected alpha H1N1 flu curative effect of research, aiming to guide with herbal treatment of clinical practice. Methods: Select october 2009 ~ in November in the writer's hospital (hereafter: cbma) therapy in patients with suspected alpha H1N1 flu 169 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in 110 cases 59 patients, the treatment group adoption from hot to clear soup, oral lotus detoxification control temperature exceeds hot capsule, 38.5℃ augusts ibuprofen were given orally, then observe the patient fever time and flu-like symptoms disappeared time, two groups of cases treatment effect comparison. Results: The treatment group cases fever time significantly shortened, with the total effective rate of germ feminine changed into 91.82% group total effectiveness is 79.66%, via X2 inspection, the difference was statistically significant (X2=5.22, P<0.05). The treatment group cough, sore throat, body ache influenza-like symptoms improved, with the total effective rate of 97.27% group total effectiveness is 86.44%, via X2 inspection, differences are significant (X2=7.41, P﹤0.01). Conclusion:Qing wen jiedu decoction suspected alpha H1N1 influenza can obviously reduce the patient's fever time, regarding the improvement H1N1 influenza caused a cough, pharynx pain, muscle aches all have exactly curative effect, and was obviously better than the lotus qing wen capsule, it is an effective treatment methods, it is worth popularizing clinically ......
