【摘要】 目的：探讨健康教育是预防糖尿病并发症的有利手段的临床观察。方法：选择68例门诊早期单纯Ⅱ型糖尿病患者随机分成实验组和对照组，各34例。对照组实施常规的治疗，实验组在常规的治疗基础上实施系统的健康教育。结果：实验组出现并发症10例，发生率为30%；对照组发现并发症23例，发生率为67%，两组有显著差异 。结论：实施有效的健康教育，可以有效减少或延缓糖尿病并发症的发生。
