【摘要】 目的：探讨老年人良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的误诊原因。方法：回顾性分析到耳鼻咽喉科会诊的35例老年BPPV患者。结果：35例患者经头部变位试验等诊断为BPPV，其中后半规管BPPV居多，其次为水平半规管BPPV和混合型BPPV，所有患者经手法复位效果明显。结论：老年BPPV误诊的主要原因是病史的收集，老年病人病情的复杂多样性以及临床医师对BPPV的认识，还有头部变位试验和手法复位的操作性。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the reasons of elderly patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) of misdiagnosis.
