【摘要】心理咨询师的培训和认证已有18年的历程了，但由于我国心理咨询师的准入门槛太低；培训机构目的不明确，导致心理咨询师的队伍鱼龙混杂、水平参差不齐，影响了心理咨询的形象。事实证明，深厚的理论基础和以人为本的咨询理念是心理咨询师存在之根本，也是心理咨询师最基本的专业基础和执业技能，但国内的从业者对之领会和执行的情况如何,还是值得探讨和研究的。撰写此文的目的就是为了进一步规范心理咨询师队伍，提高心理咨询师的服务质量。
