【摘要】目的：探讨中西医结合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症。方法：2005~2010年共治疗不孕症136例，对其中38例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者，采用中西医结合治疗，对其临床及输卵管造影进行观察。结果：对28例继发不孕患者行中西医结合治疗，疗效显著，治愈率达78.6%，妊娠率达71.4%。结论：中西医结合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症，疗效显著，临床值得推广。
